Camp Sick!Wilson Presents:

Campfire Tales Drabble-Tag Challenge

Hi, Campers!  As part of our Summer Camp fun, we’re introducing the Campfire Tales Drabble-Tag Challenge!  This is how it goes:

    • Writer “A” posts a fic.  This fic must be a drabble: 100 words or so.  You won’t get put on wash duty if it runs a little long or short! :)

    • At the end of their post, Writer “A” also includes a prompt.  The prompt does not need to have anything to do with the original drabble.  It could be a one-word prompt, or a situation.  It’s up to the writer’s discretion!

    • If you want to claim the prompt, write "TAG" in the subject line of your comment.  You are now Writer “B.” The prompt may only be claimed by one person.  Other comments are welcome… just don’t title them!

    • Writer “B” posts their fic and a prompt in a separate entry—and the Circle of Fic continues!

We chose to make this Tag game specific to drabbles in hopes of making it as fast-paced as possible.  If you’ve staked a claim on a prompt and can’t fill it, please post a comment to give the prompt up for grabs.

    Your friendly Camp Counsellor,

    Heledren

A Note to Lurkers:  Hi!  It’s time to bring your talents out from the shadows and into the light.  Whether you’re afraid of plotting out a fic, don’t think you have the time, or lack the inspiration, Drabble-Tag is the perfect game for you to debut in!  Drabbles keep it short and, out of necessity, usually simple.  So dust off that keyboard and show us your stuff!  Keep an eye out for coming Summer Camp attractions that inspire you to greatness!

“Hair of the dog, House?” Wilson laughed unsympathetically, “You should’ve drunk some water last night.  I never get sick.”

“Try it sometime,” House groaned, spitting out the vile taste in his mouth, “It’s a barrel of fun.”

“I’m ne—*eugh*—ver sick,” Wilson groaned, huddled miserably before the toilet.

“Funny, I don’t think your stomach would agree,” House smirked.

“Ohhhh… what did you do to me?”

House looked injured.  “Me?  A fine way to treat the man who bought dinner.”

“I should have known.  When have you ever paid for anything?” Wilson spat.

“When you’re in the shower, obviously.”

Wilson growled weakly.  “What did you do, House?”

House tossed a small bottle at Wilson.  It plunked into the toilet-bowl.  Ipecac.

   “Drink some water.  It’ll help.”

Prompt:  Wilson injures his leg/foot/ankle in House’s messy apartment.
