Hey y’all, and welcome to the launch of Camp sick!Wilson!  We invite you to roll out your sleeping bags, spray on your insect repellent, share around your marshmallows, and get ready to have fun with your Wilson.  By fun, we mean make him miserable.  But do it because you love him :)

In keeping with tradition, we have a packed itinerary for you – fics, drabbles, challenges, poems, graphics, art, games and campfire chats.  Feel free to join in at any time!  We welcome all Wilson-centric misery, and are very partial to a little comfort, too - especially when it comes from House ;)  So unleash your creative muse and help keep our favourite oncologist as uncomfortable as possible for the next seven weeks.  If you have anything sick!Wilson-y that you have to get off your chest, now is the time to do it!

We’re delighted that _slytherin_girl  is going to be our first camp counsellor – and for the rest of this week Wilson will be anything but safe in her capable hands.  Keep an eye out for her dastardly posts!  Call in and say *Hi* - she doesn’t bite.  Hard.  

So come on in and introduce yourself, and mingle with your fellow campers while we finish unpacking the last box of extra medical supplies that just came in.  And please help yourself to the brownies and punch.  We haven't seen House yet, so we don't think he's had a chance to spike them. ;)

Hi everybody! This is my first camp and I'm totally excited! Call me dami. I usually end up killing Wilson, and House, and everyone else, but lately my meds are working and I might be happy with just hurting him. English is not my native language, so be patient with the mistakes (ranging from appalling to hilarious). And I am obsessed with checking details, which is why I noticed that the link to _slytherin_girl's homepage is wrong in jezziejay's post (the initial underscore is missing).

Luckily I leave very far away across the sea and the mountains from almost everyone else (in some cases only the sea, or only the mountains) so nobody can come and strangle me for being obnoxious. Ciao!

This is kinda my first camp, too - so we're newbies together! I lurked a little last year but having no sense of LJ direction, I usually happened here by accident. This year, I'm pitching a tent and staying put :)

Gee, I go to bed and when I wake up, camp is in full swing! I'm looking forward to this -- Camp Sick!Wilson is so much fun. I don't know how much time I'll have to write, but I'll see what I can do!

Now, would somebody please pass me a marshmallow? -- I need to check to see if Wilson's allergic to them.

Maybe you shouldn't go to bed again until the end of July :D Even though I wasn't here much last year, I clearly remember your lovely fourth of July drabble - it was awesome! Looking forward to reading anything you can get around to writing for this year's camp!

Hola! My first camp too but I'm extremely excited for it. I'm Megan, or just M that works too. I live in ABQ and can probably think of some hazards for dear ol' Wilson down here.. Maybe I'll actually do another one-shot! :gasps: I usually tend to do multi-chapter fics so one-shots are rare and hard for me to do.

Can someone hand me the sunscreen so Wilson and I can take turns applying it? :winks mischievously:

Hi Megan From ABQ (I had to google that!). Interestingly, I have the opposite problem - I find one shots much easier to write. I have a hard job juggling all the balls that longer fics tend to throw out.

Hi! I'm a long-time lover and hurter of Wilson who has neglected her duties lately. Real-life has been crazy but perhaps I can get my priorities straight and come by here more often. :D
