Tell Me About the Time... Challenge

I often (no, really, often) wonder what Wilson was like as a kid. And every kid at some time has an illness, injury, or just boo-boo. For this challenge, tell me a story about a time when young Wilson got sick or hurt, and what happened. You don't have to make it into a fic, or a poem, or anything formal.
