Happy holidays, everyone! And if you live in the other hemisphere, happy summer!

For the last few years, we've done a Letters To Santa post, where we all give our wishes for sick Wilsony goodness in the upcoming year. This year, we're doing it again...with a twist. We'd like to make an extra effort to encourage our writers by feeding their muses sugar plum prompts and holiday goodies. So consider this post like a gift grab bag--maybe you'll put a little something in, maybe you'll take a little something out. And if you'd rather just put up your feet for a while and hang out, that's fine too. There's hot chocolate on the stove and I'm pretty sure we have a bottle of peppermint schnapps around here somewhere.

Shortly after going into remission, Wilson breaks his leg (perhaps in a motorcycle accident?). He's grumpy about the bad luck that keeps coming his way. House intentionally or not, cheers him up. Could be set during the holidays or...? :)

Wilson opts for chemo, and after a difficult first day on the drug, he comes home to find that House has done his best to decorate their home for the holidays for him.

Remission fic: A cancer-free Wilson is determined to go all-out for the holidays, but not everything goes as planned. (Overturned menorah? Bad Christmas lights?)

On the road, Wilson has a (not-too-serious) run-in with a moose. House has fun with the irony.

A Few Random Prompts

Super cheesy fic where Wilson is undergoing chemo treatment and is visited by the ghosts of Christmas Past, Present and Future. (Although, it's likely been done before.).

House and Wilson play in the snow...snowball fights, forts, and the like, are serious business. Wilson catches a cold as a result, or gets an injury, or both. (Merry Christmas to all of us! ;) ) Hurt/comfort House/Wilson.

Wilson plays Santa in the Pediatric ward and gets the flu as the result.

PPTH Christmas party gone awry...

Wilson is doing chemo but is secretly afraid that House doesn't want to take care of him because he's bored, resentful etc. House finds out what Wilson thinks and has to prove that it's not true. (Or maybe it IS true but he makes Wilson think otherwise anyway.)

Wilson and House go into a local waterhole during the Christmas season. Too much Christmas punch leads to too much Christmas punch. Take it somewhere anywhere but the obvious direction.

The chemo is making Wilson sick (choose your side effect) and House thinks of some clever way to divert him and/or take care of the side effect.

On chemo and not feeling too great, Wilson goes shopping for House's Christmas present. Something bad ensues.

Chemo leaves Wilson too nauseated to eat, and antiemetics aren't helping. House uses his knowlege of molecular gastronomy to create a food that Wilson can eat.
