Good morrow, all ye Fest-goers! Welcome to our first ever Sick!Wilson Renaissance Festival!

Never been to a RenFest, and have no idea what one is except for what you saw in the episode Knight Fall? Here's some info we hope you'll find helpful. :-)

But in a nutshell, it's kinda like stepping back in time and wandering around a Medieval and/or Renaissance village, often with elements of fantasy and the supernatural thrown into the mix.

So what does this mean for our favorite oncologist, besides a rebirth of sick!Wilsony goodness? Pretty much anything you want it to.

You can go back in time and create something that takes place at any point in the show's history. For example, if you thought season two was the best season ever, you can write a fic, drabble, poem, filk, or create whatever tickles your sick!Wilson fancy for those glorious days of yore. And if you have some old unfinished stories or other goodies on your hard drive that you felt canon had rendered obsolete, you can dust them off and give them another chance. :-)

You can send Wilson back in time to the Renaissance period (or any point in history), whether it's in an AU setting, in a nightmare, in a fevered delirium, due to a head injury, etc. :-)

You could inflict a little woe (or a lot!) on Wilson while he's attending a RenFest.

And don't forget, this event overlaps with Halloween, so please feel free to scare Wilson half to death. Or completely, even if just temporarily. ;-)

So grab a turkey leg, and come join the fun! Just don't touch the one at the end of the table. It has salmonella, and we're saving it for Wilson. ;-)
