Rules of the Round-ish Table

Greetings all! I am your page for the next few days, and though I officially start Monday I thought I better get something up Sunday night to get your work week off to a good start (unless you are Wilson of course).

As you may know, King Arthur's (who Wilson's alter-ego RSL played this past year) knights had a code of chivalry, or rules they had to agree too. A few examples are: to seek nothing before honor, and to practice religion diligently.

What I would like us to do is to come up with some rules for our favorite Renfest knights, House and Wilson.

These can be any kind of rules. Rules that House wants Wilson to follow, rules that Wilson wants House to follow, rules Cuddy wants House and Wilson to follow, rules YOU wish they would follow. Pretty much anything goes as long as somewhere in them there is some sick Wilson-y something. And you don't have to post 12 of them, write as many or as few as you would like.  Even just one is fine! You can put them right in the comments or post a link. Or if you prefer, write them into a story or create some artwork around them.

To get you started, here are a few of my ideas:

House Rules (as demanded by Wilson):

• House is not allowed to speak to any of Wilson's ex-wives, girlfriends, assistants, oncology nurses, family, or patients, without prior written approval. In triplicate.


• House is not allowed to attempt any activity that he "saw in a cartoon". Nor try to get Wilson to participate in said activity.


• House will not do anything that will get himself fired, as Wilson has no desire to work in a bloodbank.


• House will stop telling everyone that Chase is the hospital's mascot.


• House will stop joining communities on the internet with names like "Sick Wilson".

Wilson's Code of Conduct (as dreamed about by House):

• Wilson will make enough macadamia nut pancakes to share.


• Wilson will only share with House.


• Wilson will occasionally ferment a hospital rebellion, because no one will ever suspect him.


• Wilson will never get cancer, and will especially not die. Wilson will swear to this in blood.


• Wilson will not get married a fourth time, except to House

Cool idea - I like your rules (especially the one about Wilson never dying, ever).

That's a good one. Though I would imagine that it wouldn't be too long before House violates that rule. The longer the show went on the great his penchant for drugging Wilson. Had there been a season 9 (and Wilson was cured) I think Wilson would have been a sleep through half of it. ;)

Ha ha! Now I am imagining House watching 'The Itchy & Scratchy Show' and getting ideas.

Wasn't there an episode where he was dropping water balloons from the balcony and Wilson was there? Or was that in a fanfiction?

I know there was an episode (Season 4-ish?) where he was throwing grapes off the balcony...and there was one time when he threw something off the balcony at a janitor and backed away to make it look like Wilson did it, but I don't remember if it was the same incident.

I just watched the episode recently where Wilson goes to an art exhibit with Cuddy and House gets all jealous. In some ways it does kind of seem like he wants Wilson for himself as well as wanting Cuddy. XD

Oh that was all about wanting Cuddy. Remember that started because he gave Wilson tickets to a play and told him to take a woman! It was the woman being Cuddy that gave him fits.

True, he didn't want him specifically with Cuddy. But he seems actually concerned about Wilson. Perhaps he feels Wilson can handle any normal woman, but (and he jokes about this) Cuddy is too much for him. Also, since he knows Wilson marries a lot of people, he worries about this too (and he jokes about this as well)

Then the following episode he starts digging into Wilson's sex life with Bonnie. I tend to think that House, as typical, wants both of them ONLY for himself.
