Looking for a sick!wilson fanfic

I posted here a while ago and never got an answer, so now that its more active, thought I'd try again.

I'm looking for a fanfic I read a long time ago, probably on fanfiction.net, but i can't remember. Don't know the title or the author, but i remember that Wilson got into some kind of accident and House told the EMTs he was Wilson's partner so he could say with him. I think they were still living together at the time.

any help finding this fic, or even something similar, would be great!

I thought I had recently read it, but it turned out I had a fic that dealt with the opposite: House is injured and Wilson claims he's his boyfriend in order to be admitted.
