Okay, me, I'm a stoned!Wilson addict. Stoned!Wilson is, like, my favorite mental image ever. Can you imagine that I'm just the tiniest bit excited about this episode of awesomeness???

(sorry, Douglas Adams. You were wrong all along. 42 is not the answer. It's 185). The confrontation? WILSON ON ANTIDEPRESSANTS?? Wilson going, "this is why I take them" when House annoys him? Wilson asking for a Vicodin? Wilson almost drinking House's pee? Wilson flinching and wincing as House barges into his office? WILSON HAVING DOSED HOUSE AS WELL??
