Okay, me, I'm a stoned!Wilson addict. Stoned!Wilson is, like, my favorite mental image ever. Can you imagine that I'm just the tiniest bit excited about this episode of awesomeness???
Come and squee with me! What were your favorite bits? The you-did-something-nice-the-end-of-the-world-must-be-coming scene? The stoned!Wilson trying to do his paperwork scene? The breast exam? 185? (sorry, Douglas Adams. You were wrong all along. 42 is not the answer. It's 185). The confrontation? WILSON ON ANTIDEPRESSANTS?? Wilson going, "this is why I take them" when House annoys him? Wilson asking for a Vicodin? Wilson almost drinking House's pee? Wilson flinching and wincing as House barges into his office? WILSON HAVING DOSED HOUSE AS WELL??
Go forth and write fanfic, people. This is the most awesome a show will ever get.

Don't you think, Fox, could warn their viewers ? Seriously, I almost kill my PC yesterday watching the greatest scene ever : Wilson on Sssssppppeeeeeeddddd !!!
Was laughing so hard I almost rupture my spleen. LOL
I want more House/Wilson insanity, pretty please misters ( euh...I'm not sure about the orthograph . But well ) the authors/scenarii writers.
