Update re: HTML Clinic

We still need to do a little more housekeeping around here, but we feel caught up enough to tackle our next project. 
Our HTML clinic will start on Wednesday, July 28th. Unfortunately, it won't be nearly as much fun as Camp Sick!Wilson. But if you've been using the Rich text tab to post LJ entries, and are sick and tired of your LJ cuts moving all over the place, stray tags, and other weird formatting glitches, hopefully these tutorials will give you the confidence to start using the HTML tab instead.
Some of the topics we'll cover will include:
So if this sounds like something the doctor ordered, grab your lab coat and your notebook, and come join us in the clinic. We'll even have lollipops...if we can keep House from raiding our supply. ;)

- Font styles and codes (e.g., font type, size, color)
- Special characters
- Formatting text (e.g., aligning text, blockquotes, spoiler bars, lists, etc.)
- Embedding images and videos
- Links (e.g., hyperlinks, LJ cuts and fake cuts, LJ user names, bookmarks, etc.)
- How to post your Word document using the HTML tab, without losing basic formatting info
- How to create tables (the basics)
- How to format tables (e.g., merging cells, adding background color, etc.)
