New Camp!Sick Wilson challenge for all you aspiring artists!

Hiii all! I'm back again with your next challenge! Since you all did so wonderfully with my last challenge "Got a minute?" (Thank you geekygecko for that name!), this time around, I want to test your Painting skills rather than your literary genius. I want to see a minimum 3 panel comic, drawn only in any program of your choice. Any program with paint-like qualities! While talking is fine, trying to keep it to a minimum, and get Wilson's pain across mostly using the pictures. Of course, throwing in a wise crack from House to add salt to the wounds is always a good idea! So get out there, and lets see the delicious pain on Wilson face! Goooood luck!
