For today's pic prompt challenge, we have an innocent looking shopping bag.  But as we all know, appearances can be very deceiving -- especially where the physical and/or emotional well-being of our favorite oncologist is concerned.  Bwahahahahaha!

And don't forget, the deadline for this challenge is April 30th, so there's plenty of time to inflict a little woe upon poor Wilson using any (or all!) of these prompts as your inspiration. :D
