Summary: House M.D. on tour -- the campervan from S6 photoshoot makes a reappearance -- S8ish. Technically. Only H/C never happened, Foreman was never promoted DoM, Thirteen hasn't flitted off with a nameless gf yet, and Wilson's suffering a fate worse than death (so, yeah, not really S8 at all).
