Hope you started packing. Camp begins June 1st!

Yes, our Third Annual Camp Sick!Wilson is only days away, and counselors are busy inventorying and stocking up on supplies. Besides marshmallows and plaster of Paris for our favorite oncologist’s busted wrist (ahem, and any new injuries), what are you looking forward to this summer?

And I know what you’re thinking. We’re not talking about naked Wilson. Not right now, you naughty, naughty campers. Let’s hold off on that until there's a hot night when we short sheet his bed. Cold cream and binoculars will be on sale at the camp store.

Uh… where was I… right! Let’s push our brainstorming skilz into high gear. What would you like to do or see? Any new ideas? Any themes or specific challenges? What did you like in the past?

Good! I could use inspiration lately. My must has gone dead and I have NO interest in writing though I have at least four stories (all Wilson) that need to be updated...

Stupid flights! I got a cold from one or both of them and it's making it hard to want to do anything.. I'm lazy..

Just remember colds are contagious and our favorite oncologist is very susceptible to them. ;-)

Yeah, I went on Vacation to my hometown in Iowa and flew out of Missouri. Two flights and lots of coughs later I landed back in ABQ. Not that you needed to know all that. :D

I know he is but I'm not actually a fan of making him sick, just hurting him. ;) Gosh it sounds so weird to say that out loud.. LOL

I think most writers have a penchant for a particular form of torture for Wilson. I'm partial to traumatic accidents, cancer, and an array of sparkly vampire diseases. ;-)

Yeah.. I like the vampire, werewolf AU's unsurprisingly enough.. I've always been drawn to that kind of fiction.

I don't mind cancer as long as it doesn't kill him. I don't like it when he dies in a fic..

We did a discussion about deathfics during summer camp last year. A lot of readers avoid them.

Yeah, I'm one of them. :) I try to keep an open mind when it comes to fics but for some reason, I can't handle death fics.
