Name That Diagnosis
Hello, Campers!
While the writers amongst you are, I hope, feverishly scribbling away at menolly_au's Have Wilson--Will Travel challenge, I thought the rest of us could play a game.
So, someone will post a list of symptoms, and everyone else tries to diagnose the patient. Like in Wheel of Misfortune, whoever gets the correct answer must provide the next set of symptoms. In honor of Menolly's challenge, some of our conditions could relate to travel or conditions in foreign countries, or for that matter stress of traveling itself. Bear in mind that anything that can happen in New Jersey can happen in Bermuda too.
Wilson walks into a clinic in the tropics, fresh off the airplane. He complains of problems with his leg:
Redness
Warmth
Swelling
What's wrong with him?

House bursts into Wilson's office one day and calls his name, but Wilson has his back to him and doesn't respond. House finds this suspicious, and he interrogates Wilson further. Wilson admits that he's been suffering the following symptoms:
Episodes of decreased hearing ability
Episodes of extreme vertigo
Tinnitus
What wrong with him?

He's invented a new kind of chemo cocktail and has sunk a large sum of money into it's development.

stalkingdiagnosing Wilson for two and a half weeks. His firstoffice ransackingrecon mission, halfway through the first week, turns up only an increase of used Kleenexes in Wilson's wastebasket, though House notes that a few have small flecks of dried blood on them. His second foray into the land of movie posters and baldie memorabilia, a few days into the second week, returns more information. The bottle of Tylenol and oral thermometer that Wilson usually keeps in the first aid kit in the bottom drawer of his filing cabinet have been relocated to the top drawer of his desk, alongside a brand new bottle of eye drops containing both a redness reliever and a numbing agent. Also, there are significantly more used Kleenexes in the wastebasket, and the dried blood is a theme there, not an exception. Later that day, after being stood up for lunch yet again, House notes the way Wilson's clothes are hanging off of him. His increasinglyconcernedtenacious attempts to secure a blood sample or any tests at all are met with much hand waving and hoarsely voiced claims that, "It's just a cold, House!" A couple of days into the third week House is sitting at his desk seriously considering coldcocking Wilson and strapping him to a bed in order to get the necessary tests done when the man himself shuffles wearily into the room. His expression is exhaustion laced with worry. He gazes at House through red, pain filled eyes and states in between wheezes, "I'm peeing blood."no subject

Within 48 hours swallowing is agonizing and spitting hurts too. Looking into a mirror, it looks like his mouth and upper throat are inflamed with ulcers. He continues choking down the antibiotics.
48 hours later (after not showing up to work, without a phone call) House finds him covered in what appears to be large, angry blisters, almost like burns, even on the soles of his feet.
Aaaaaand Wilson finds himself hauled into the hospital with an admitting diagnosis of:

additional clue: taking unneeded antibiotics is never a good idea

Additional additional clue: for the sake of easy look-up, let's say the antibiotic is Levaquin.
(I do not mean to impune Levaquin in any way so please don't sue! It's only that I know for a fact there's a website out there about Levaquin with the information you're looking for.)

My original guess was going to be Hand, Foot, Mouth Disease which fit nicely until I read that adults only get mild cases.

(Sorry I ended up being so cryptic.)
