Hello, Campers!

While the writers amongst you are, I hope, feverishly scribbling away at menolly_au's Have Wilson--Will Travel challenge, I thought the rest of us could play a game. 

So, someone will post a list of symptoms, and everyone else tries to diagnose the patient.  Like in Wheel of Misfortune, whoever gets the correct answer must provide the next set of symptoms.  In honor of Menolly's challenge, some of our conditions could relate to travel or conditions in foreign countries, or for that matter stress of traveling itself. Bear in mind that anything that can happen in New Jersey can happen in Bermuda too.

Wilson walks into a clinic in the tropics, fresh off the airplane.  He complains of problems with his leg:

Redness
Warmth
Swelling

What's wrong with him?

Wilson goes into the clinic with a sore throat and fever. His strep test is negative but just in case, he gets a scrip for an antibiotic.

Within 48 hours swallowing is agonizing and spitting hurts too. Looking into a mirror, it looks like his mouth and upper throat are inflamed with ulcers. He continues choking down the antibiotics.

48 hours later (after not showing up to work, without a phone call) House finds him covered in what appears to be large, angry blisters, almost like burns, even on the soles of his feet.

Aaaaaand Wilson finds himself hauled into the hospital with an admitting diagnosis of:

That's a bit of a pet peeve of mine too!

Additional additional clue: for the sake of easy look-up, let's say the antibiotic is Levaquin.

(I do not mean to impune Levaquin in any way so please don't sue! It's only that I know for a fact there's a website out there about Levaquin with the information you're looking for.)

Epidermal necrolysis (or Lyle's syndrome)? Though I admit I would have never guessed this without your hints.

My original guess was going to be Hand, Foot, Mouth Disease which fit nicely until I read that adults only get mild cases.
