Emergency Room Referrals

Like many of you, we suffered from some wicked withdrawal symptoms awhile back when we couldn't get our sick!Wilson fix due to the DoS attacks.
So as soon as we recovered a little and our hands stopped shaking long enough for us to hold a hammer, we whipped out our toolboxes and made a makeshift Emergency Room. Now if LJ is down for whatever reason, you can browse through a list of fics that are also posted to non-LJ sites.
Of the 1,058 fics currently archived, we were able to find alternate links for a little over half of them. However, it's a bit of a challenge trying to track down alternate links on an ongoing basis.
So if you cross-post your fics to a non-LJ site, e.g., Dreamwidth, FanFiction.Net, Archive of Our Own, etc., we'd really appreciate it if you'd help us keep the Emergency Room up to date, and either:
And to make this page easy to find, we've linked it in the sidebar in the GOT RECS? textbox.
Oh, and if you'd like to create a Dreamwidth account, but don't have the foggiest idea where to get an invite code, here's a list of codes that are up for grabs.
Just be aware that if you do create a DW account and you import your fics over there, you're going to need to redirect the links for multi-part fics. Otherwise, when people click the link to go to the next chapter, it will take them to the one on LJ, not the one on your new DW account. :)
Thanks much!
ETA: Fics that we weren't able to find non-LJ links for are located in the Triage Area, and are listed by author.

- Include the link where you cross-posted your fic somewhere in your header when you post it to
sick_wilson; or
- Post that info in the comments section below on this thread.

Double Trouble

a/n: There, I fixed it! (All the other potential fixes have already been written – extremely well – and this was about the only idea that was left. It isn't really all that much more ridiculous than what is happening in canon, though. Anyway, it seemed like a good idea at the time). Yes, House is ooc, but we should be used to that by now.

AUTHOR: Brindlewolf
PAIRINGS: House / Wilson

WARNING: Extremely stupid
SPOILERS: For everything through the end of season 7 and finale episode 23
SUMMARY: It wasn't House. Really, it wasn't.
Disclaimer: As we all know, I don't own these characters -- and after this it becomes apparent that is a good thing. And I still make no money from this. Obviously.
( Warning: It's really stupid under here )

Us Against the World, Chapter Seven
Jun. 19th, 2011 06:15 pm![[identity profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/silk/identity/openid.png)
Title: Us Against the World
Author:
sydpenguinbunny
Rating: R
Pairing: Wilson/Amber, House/Cuddy, Wilson/House, maybe House/Amber
Spoilers: Up until the end of Season 6.
Warning: Some pretty screwed up stuff in this chapter. Proceed with caution!
Summary: Wilson is kidnapped by someone who holds a grudge against House. House is told to come out and play, and Amber refuses to stand by. Time is running out...
A/N: Thank you so much for all your lovely comments! I am actually posting this as I write it, and I feel like I'm on a roll! I would like to dedicate this chapter to my dad (happy Father's Day), as he is a chemist and when I told him I needed to drug Wilson in a story, instead of sending me to get psychiatric help he informed me about this. He is also a big Amber fan, AND the person who turned me on to House in the first place, many moons ago! :-) Also, in the interest of fairness, this story had some somewhat similar content and probably rubbed off on me.
Onward to the drugging of the Wilson!
Chapter One: A Shot in the Dark
Chapter Two: Empty Chairs at Empty Tables
Chapter Three: Photograph
Chapter Four: Private Eye
Chapter Five: Purity
Chapter Six: Nowhere to Go
( Chapter Seven: Nightmare )

The upper panel seems to be another of those David Shore views. The lower set ... well, we fans know better.
