Good morning/afternoon/evening fellow campers!

To kick off camp I thought we'd do a little writing warm-up activity.

Open up a comment box as a reply to this post. Set a timer for two minutes (or three if you're a slow typist :) and just write whatever sick!Wilson snippet you can think of in those two minutes, stop when the timer goes off and hit post. You can use LJ's spellchecker/correct typos but don't do any other editing. It doesn't have to be a complete story, or even a complete scene, it can start mid sentence and end mid sentence.

The only rule is that the focus has to be on sick!Wilson. Post as many times as you like, and feel free to continue/work off other camper's snippets if you want. Commenting on snippets is allowed encouraged, the idea is to get a few different ideas going on how to hurt Wilson the most effectively :) :)

Posting a snippet earns you your first Camper Badge from our self serve range (who wouldn't want that cute little guy? :) Post as many snippets as you like, but there's only one badge per customer :)

As an example I'll post my snippet into the first comment.

Have fun!

Title: Bug Bombed and Bummed
Summary: Wilson and House are volunteering at a camp for kids with Cancer.  Before the children show up, Jimmy encounter what they believe to be an empty wasps’ nest (House neutralized it the day before) which he kicks, only to receive a nasty surprise.
Warnings: I guess it’s somewhat out of character for House, but Wilson’s being mostly himself.  It’s not an alternate universe, but it does take place between episodes or between the scenes of any episode.  Not slash, no violence, no swearing, no sex, or anything else I can think of.  Also, for those of you who don’t know, a bug bomb is a small device that (once activated inside a bugs nest/ inside a room) will spray insecticide all over, killing the pests.  I only learned about them through a Steven King book, never seen one in real life.
Rating: PG to be safe, mostly because Wilson isn’t wearing any trousers (or as we say in America pants).
Words: 96
Disclaimers: I don’t own House, or Wilson and I don’t know if bug-bombs even exist anymore so I obviously don’t own whichever company makes them.
Characters: House and Wilson, friendship.

Title: Broken Hearts
Summary:  I had a horrifically sad (but also brilliant) idea.  What if the idea of House dying in that fire had been too much for Wilson?  In an alternate ending to “Everybody Dies,” House goes to his own funeral only to discover that Wilson is not there.  He quickly learns something is very wrong with his best friend, something other than the cancer.
Warning: Spoilers for “Everybody Dies” and the end of season 8, alternate universe, and Major character death/ death fic
Rating: PG-13 just to be safe
Words: 98

Title: Paper or Plastic  Chapter Eight
Rating: a hard PG 13, or a soft R.  For now it’s not too bad but it might not be great for the sensitive/ young people.
Summary: Wilson suffers brain damage following an accident with a nail gun.  House, Wilson, and his parents have to learn how to come to terms with their new roles in life.  Disclaimer: I don’t own House or Wilson
Author's Notes: some ooc behavior especially from Wilson, I don’t know if getting shot in the head with a nail gun can cause this kind of brain damage but I’ve done a little research on the subject as a hole but I think I did an okay job.  Obviously it’s an alternate universe, and some mentions of child abuse, drug use, etc.  I guess this would take place some time after the episode “Wilson” but I’m not sure when exactly.  Also, because Wilson is basically a child (emotionally) they are no longer in a slash relationship but there is a little bit of innocent cuddling/ touching.
Additional Note: In this series Wilson has the mind of a child, but the body of an adult, and some of his adult memories.  This is not from the "Toddler!Wilson" universe.

Title: Bloodthirsty (Chapter One)
Author: mnstrtucrkslash
Summary: Wilson and a young girl both become very sick after being bitten by a teenager who calls himself a vampire (separate attacks, several weeks apart).  House fights to identify his friend’s condition and to find a cure or treatment for both patients before it’s too late.
Rating: PG-13 for now, some violence and basic swearing, sexually suggestive but nothing overt or overly bad/ disturbing.
Characters: Greg House and James Wilson.
Warnings: Some OOC behavior, obviously alternate universe, bit of sci-fi/ supernatural elements with the vampire stuff (although I’m making it more a medical condition than mad men running around drinking blood or whatever.  Technically, I see House and Wilson as being in a slash relationship, but you can look at it as a close friendship too.
Disclaimer: I have no rights to House, Wilson, or anything related to the show, and this medical disorder I’ve created is 100% my own fabrication.  It should not be seen as a negative spin on any real condition/ me taking potshots at porphyria.
Additional Note: I was working on this yesterday but I didn't finish it until just now.  Wow, two drabbles, the (probably) final chapter of Paper or Plastic, the snippet challenge, and now this.  I have had a crazy busy day.
