Visine for Dreamwidth :-)

Love the idea of being able to get your sick!Wilson fix when LJ is down, but aren't too crazy about Dreamwidth's red color scheme at our emergency shelter?
Well, unfortunately, we haven't figured out a way yet to override the default settings for non-customized pages without adding a bunch of extra code, which would seriously cut down on the number of fics we could fit on each page.
But if you have a Dreamwidth account and are logged in, there's an easy way to get the red out. ;-)
What is this virtual Visine of which you speak? So glad you asked.

All you need to do is change your site skin. That's it. Easy peasy.
The cool thing is that it won't actually change your layout theme. It will just make non-customized pages like our sick!fic threads look different to you when you're logged in.
The images below have been re-sized to make it easier to follow the text. If you need a larger version so you can see the details better, just position your cursor anywhere on that pic and click.
